What form of payments does Kites In the Sky accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept payments by PayPal and Shop Pay.

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

We will only charge your credit card when the order is shipped. PayPal payments are paid immediately through PayPal when your order is submitted.

What is Kites In The Sky return policy?

We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts.

Shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for the return shipping cots. We will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error. 

When returning an item please send via UPS or parcel post mail and make sure to properly insure the items.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us via e-mail or by phone at 1-405-624-6231 also contact the shipping company and report the damage and arrange for pickup of the damaged item. They will notify us of the claim and then we can ship you a replacement. Here are the contact numbers you will need:

What if there is an item or part missing from my order?
